HY-510 Polyurethane Sizing Agent
This product is a high-performance specially modified macromolecular polyurethane emulsion, a treatment agent specially designed for thermoplastic carbon fiber processing. It can be used for carbon fiber, glass fiber and basalt fiber, has excellent compatibility with a variety of thermoplastic resins, and significantly enhances the mechanical properties and wear resistance of composites.

Usage & Dosage
Usage Method
Simply dilute with water; no other additives are required
Application Method
Compatible with conventional sizing processes such as dip coating and spraying, ensuring uniform coverage of the fiber surface
Drying Conditions
After application, dry at 80-150℃ to ensure no residual moisture on the fiber surface
