HY-509 Polyurethane Sizing Agent
This product is a high-performance specially modified macromolecular polyurethane polymer emulsion, a treatment agent specially designed for thermoplastic carbon fiber processing. It has strong interfacial adhesion with carbon fiber, effectively improving inter-fiber adhesion and bundle strength, and significantly enhancing the mechanical properties and wear resistance of composites.

Usage & Dosage
Application Method
Compatible with conventional sizing processes such as dip coating and spraying, ensuring uniform coverage of the fiber surface
Dilution Ratio
Depending on the fiber type and processing technique, it is recommended to dilute with deionized water to the desired concentration, stir evenly, and then apply
Recommended Dosage
The recommended dry pickup is 0.8%-2.5% of the fiber weight (the specific dosage should be adjusted experimentally according to fiber fineness and target performance)
Drying Conditions
Recommended drying temperature 150℃-200℃ to ensure complete evaporation of moisture and form a complete, dense coating
