HY-503 Water-Based Polyester Sizing Agent
This product is a specially modified water-based macromolecular polymer emulsion, designed for the short-cut processing of high-performance fibers (carbon fiber, glass fiber) and the subsequent pelletizing of thermoplastic composites. By forming a tough and highly polar coating on the fiber surface, it significantly improves the processing stability of fibers during high-speed cutting and effectively enhances the interfacial adhesion between fibers and resin matrices (such as PA, PE, etc.).

Usage & Dosage
Application Method
Compatible with conventional sizing processes such as dip coating and spraying, ensuring uniform coverage of the fiber surface
Dilution Ratio
Depending on the fiber type and processing technique, it is recommended to dilute with deionized water to the desired concentration, stir evenly, and then apply
Recommended Dosage
The recommended dry pickup is 0.8%-4% of the fiber weight (the specific dosage should be adjusted experimentally according to fiber fineness and target performance)
